See, in my opinion, if someone works hard at something, gives it their all, & are proud of what they turn out, where do you have the right to come up & tear it apart?
I don't like silly artists who have to make fun of other peoples hard work to feel better about themselves.
Really, the lack of maturity, though they'll surely try to hide it behind words like, "critiquing," & "opinions," bothers me.
It's sad. People come to an art community to share their work & view others, but there will always be the few jerks to spoil the bunch.
Funny how pictures of an artist in black & white while they look off into different directions can be considered art, but someones thoughts, feelings, & determination to get better, to do better, flowing out creating lines & curves that make the artists rendering of something they care for, isn't.
If tearing apart others work & making fun of people because they see things differently is what it takes to be an artist, I'm glad I'm not one.
End rant.

hope on a broken string
almost on the edge
of falling downand shattering
into your spiderweb...

I burn my candle at both ends
it won't last me the night
but ah my foes and oh my friends
it gives a lovely light
